Payment
Payments are to be made via PayPal.Once your quote or order submission is approved, an invoice for the project will be sent.
For projects under $50: You must pay in full upfront.
For projects over $50: You may half upfront and the other half after the draft has been approved.
For bulk orders: Payment arrangements will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Once initial payment is received, I will begin work on the piece. Prior to approval, you may request changes on any draft sent.Any changes requested after completion are subject to additional charges.
TERMS OF SERVICE
I must be made aware of any project deadlines.
I require a minimum of 2 references in order to accept your commission.
Make sure your references are as clear as possible - I may cancel your commission if design(s) are constantly changing.
You may request revisions as I send progress updates. Revisions requested after project completion are subject to additional charge.
Payments are to be made via PayPal. Payments are non-refundable.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
TERMS OF USE
I must be credited as in all instances of the finished work being published.
You may credit me as Amy “Amysaurus” Hohman.
Completed projects may be included in my portfolio and social media. If you would like me to wait until a certain date before posting, please let me know.
RE: AI ART, NFTS, METAVERSE
You may use AI to generate references for me, with the understanding that we will need to alter the design to avoid potential infringement upon another artist’s work.
You may not use my work as data or training material for any form of AI / image-blending technology.
I will not create for or contribute to an NFT collection or Metaverse project.
You may not use my work in any NFT collection or Metaverse project.
You may not use my work to create or sell NFTs or Metaverse projects.
